What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email, username, and profile details you choose to share. When you use the Atelier, post in the Salon, or join boards, we store the content you create and basic activity needed to run the community. If you join Patron Circle, Stripe processes your payment — we receive subscription status and billing metadata, not your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to operate Midnitemall: authenticate you, show your posts and designs, run contests, deliver membership features, and respond to support requests. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to improve the product.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (for example Stripe for billing and our hosting provider), and when required by law. Public posts, contest entries, and profile fields you mark as public are visible to other visitors.

Cookies & sessions

We use essential session cookies so you can stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the core platform.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete posts you own, and contact us to close your account. Patron Circle subscriptions can be canceled anytime through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing support.
