Refund & Cancellation Policy

Patron Circle subscriptions
You may cancel Patron Circle anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep member access through the end of your current paid period. We do not prorate partial months unless required by law.
How to cancel
Use the Stripe customer portal from your profile (after your first checkout), or email support@midnitemall.com from the address on your account.
Refunds
Membership charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
Ring & STL purchases
When ring and STL checkout launches, delivery terms and refund windows will be shown on the product page before purchase. Custom or generated digital goods may have limited refund eligibility once files are delivered.
